Welcome to my first post here on Bright Lights & Luxury! This is a personal blog site run by myself, Jessica. I am a avid lover of makeup, fashion, sparkly things, phones, and all things girly. I am 22 years old, and I am in the process of starting a new chapter in my life. I have been going through some changes where I am comfortable in my own skin and I would like to share my life onto the Internet. Right now, I am slowly developing the look of this site so that it perfectly portrays my personality and how I want to be perceived. This will be an exciting journey for me and I am proud that you all will be joining me. So here's for what the future holds!
